Ashleigh House is a stylishly refurbished Victorian B&B featuring seven contemporary en-suite guest rooms rated as 4* by Visit England with a spacious Breakfast Room, Garden Room and Garden seating area. Kingsbridge is a market town at the head of the Salcombe estuary and is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful coast and countryside of the South Hams region of South Devon. Ashleigh House is run in a relaxed informal way by Sue and Richard Agar, but is strictly non-smoking. Guests have their own room and front door key, allowing them to come and go as they please. There is some off-street parking, however when this is full there is ample free parking on the roads to the front and side of the house.
