Luton-born singer, songwriter and musician whose 1983 debut album No Parlez, the first of of his three UK number-one albums, made him a household name.

Ten years later he finally found somewhere that he could lay his hat and call home, fronting Los Pacaminos, a six-piece combo playing a mix of Tex-Mex, blues and rock 'n' roll, along with a hint of something South American.

Young continues to perform both as a solo and with Los Pacaminos.
